Our Story

Historic building in down town Ephraim Utah. Close to snow college with plenty of parking for tenants. We rent to both college and locals alike and have apartments with 3-4 private rooms that are designated either male or female. We do not offer co-ed or married apartments.

I purchased this building in 2009 and strive to make the renting experience for each person a good one. What I need from each tenant is to follow the rules of the building, clean up after yourself and be a steward of the building. When you live here you are part of us!
